Fabric Selection

Your dedicated representative will initially help you select the best fabric for your product.

Cut & Sew

Once the fabric is selected, it is sent for Cut & Sew processes to make sure that the quality of the product is not compromised at all.

Customization

At this step, all the changes you need in terms of printing, add-ons and changes are done effectively.

Labeling

Once your product is finalized, we make sure that every piece has your label before it is sent to the packaging department

Packaging

The final product is ironed, folded with care and packed in the baggage of your choice to give it a premium look

Shipment

Once the order is packed and ready, it is sent for shipment to your location with minimum shipping time.

General Orders: The minimum order quantity for all designs per order starts at 300 pieces.

Color Variations: For each design, the minimum order quantity per color ranges from 100 to 200 pieces.

Knitwear: We handle an order volume of 100,000 pieces per month.

Women’s Fashion Apparel: Our monthly order volume for women’s fashion garments is 120,000 pieces.

To begin the process of creating your custom fashion pieces, please prepare the following:

Brand Files:
Your logo in a vector file format such as .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF.

Designs:
Technical packs. If you don’t have technical packs, please provide high-resolution reference images with at least three different views or sketches.

Artwork Files:
Files for prints, embroidery, concepts, and packaging must be in vector format and clearly indicate dimensions.

Sizing:
A size chart for each design. Please note that body measurement data cannot be used.

Yes, we offer customization services for shorts and sweatpants. We can tailor the design, fabric, fit, and additional features such as pockets or drawstrings to meet the specific needs and preferences of your brand. Our goal is to provide products that align perfectly with your brand’s identity and requirements.

Initial Inspection: Once the production sample is approved by the client, we verify and inspect all fabrics and accessories. Only after they meet our standards do we proceed to mass production.

Mid-Production Inspection: Approximately one week into production, our QC team conducts a mid-production quality check to ensure everything is on track.

Final Inspection: When 80% of the production is complete, including 80% of packaging and boxing, we perform a final inspection. We examine 30-40% of the order according to AQ2.5L standards.

Our hoodies and sweatshirts are crafted using premium fabrics such as fleece and French terry, known for their warmth and durability. We also incorporate reinforced stitching and high-quality zippers and drawstrings to enhance the durability and longevity of our garments, ensuring they withstand regular use and washing.

Yes, we offer a range of custom washing treatments such as softening, vintage washes, sand washing, custom color dyeing, and distressing techniques.

  • Dyeing: If your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is low and your color requirements are unique, we can perform small-batch dyeing to meet your specific needs when market-available colors are not sufficient.
  • Washing Techniques: We provide treatments such as softening, vintage washes, sand washing, and distressing based on your design requirements, using the appropriate techniques to create samples.
  • Consultation: Please consult with us to check if the desired technique is suitable for your design and fabric.

At Hertigo Apparel, we take pride in our quality and are confident in our products. However, if you find any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.

If there are any concerns regarding the quality of the product, please email us with your order details and high-resolution photos of the issues.

As all our orders are custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we can issue a credit note to cover the full cost of your order, which can be used for future purchases with us.
